It’s just a quick meeting, like over coffee. Nothing is required. We will quickly make introductions, get down to the business of your needs, and then see if there is some way I can appropriately help. It’s typically a remote video call, usually Google Meet, or a phone call. If you’re close to Missoula, we can actually have coffee. Afterward, I’ll send an email with notes and options. And we take it from there.

Expect to answer a random ice-breaker question and wonder no longer how I am not a pastor.

Some things we might discuss are:

• Budget range: What are you working with? What resources are available? Are assets already available? Is this an exchange? Etc.
• Time frame: How long of a project is this? What kind of commitment and deadlines are we working with?
• Scope of role: How much work? How many hours? Are the responsibilities shared or exclusive? And so forth.
• Accountability: Who are you and I answering directly to? Who do we need to have in the conversation? Etc.
• Any Current Progress and Ideas: What’s already there? Where are things going and running into?
• Something Random….we will discuss something random….promise
